We hope you love our garments as much as we do, but sometimes, a purchase just isn’t quite right. If you purchase any non-discounted product and are not 100% satisfied with your Sophie Moran online purchase, you may return the product by post, or alternatively at our Melbourne shop located at 1A Rose Street, Armadale for a full refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: We do pay any additional money for you to send back your order. We can only refund up to the full amount paid but nothing extra. Sale Item – We have a no return, no refund policy on sale items.
Product must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. All product must be returned in the same condition you received it; unworn, unwashed, and with tags (either attached or not).
