Our Stay Happy Return Policy

Here at Sophie Moran, we care about our customers and want your online shopping experience to be regret-free and easy. If you have a problem, please let us know as we strive to keep everyone happy. We hope you love our garments as much as we do, but sometimes, a purchase just isn’t quite right.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Sophie Moran online purchase, you may return the product and get a full refund or exchange.* Exception: All sale items $60 and under, are not covered for change of mind, or when we advise you prior to purchase that a specific sale or promotion is not covered by change of mind.

You can return product valued below $200 for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. All Product above $200 must be returned within 1 week of order.

The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, unworn, unwashed with tags, in the original packaging.

Just email us at admin@sophiemoran.com within the time frame specified above, advising the item, your contact details, order number and specify whether you would like to exchange or receive a refund. We will contact you regarding where to send your return. Returns must be sent in an Australia Post Bag, with a tracking number, so we both know it is on it’s way to us. We will process the refund of your order, or exchange it, and let you know once this has been done.
